E-mails are normally answered within 48 hours. We do our utmost to get back to you as soon as possible, and we always answer all e-mails unless suspected spam, or abusive in any way.
We do not generally answer e-mails over the weekend. We all need a little time off don’t we. If we have any planned time off I will place a note below, this does not include sickness, which may also affect e-mail response.

However if you have not received a response within a few days please e-mail again. E-mails are not an exact science, and they do get lost for many reasons, both ways. Please also check the e-mail address supplied or return E-mail address is correct. I have had it a few times that no matter how hard I try, the e-mail gets returned due to a problem at the other end.
